The successful projects will be carried out by consortia comprising scientists, companies and (government) organisations. In addition to the NWO funding, the projects will also receive four million euros in co-funding from the companies and organisations involved.
NWO is currently working with the Ministry of Defence on a strategic, structural cooperation agreement covering multiple research programmes on a variety of topics. This KIC call, which also involves collaboration with the Ministry of Defence, was previously developed within the KIA Security.
