The PPP Innovation Scheme promotes public-private partnerships. Holland High Tech administers the scheme for the high-tech systems and materials sector. We support consortia comprising research institutions, companies and other organisations that develop innovations using (key) technologies from our innovation domains. These projects contribute to urgent societal transitions and to the Knowledge and Innovation Agendas. In this way, we strengthen the Netherlands’ international competitive position in this field.
Final round of 2026 closed
The final call for proposals this year closed on 19 October 2026. In early December, Holland High Tech will announce which new PPP projects from this round will receive funding.

In 2027, there will be four submission rounds. You can submit a project proposal by:
