PREDICTIVE PLAN

Predictive Workload-Aware Feature-Based Planning for Resilient High-Mix Low-Volume Manufacturing

The objective of Predictive Plan is, by following a modular and integrated approach, to develop and validate predictive, feature-based, and human-centric planning framework that manages variability early and throughout the production process.

By combining artificial intelligence, simulation, planning models, and human expertise, it provide explainable, data-driven digital assistance to planners and engineers to anticipate waiting times, identify bottlenecks before they occur, plan material supply subject to uncertainties, in that way, in a broader sense enables intelligent, explainable, and data-driven planning in HMLV manufacturing environments such as Thales NL. The project combines artificial intelligence, simulation, planning models, and human expertise to strengthen the sustainability, resilience, efficiency, and competitiveness of Dutch high-tech manufacturing productivity.
