The first edition of the SME Hightech call in 2024 already resulted in thirteen promising projects. From innovative optical sensors for composites to 3D chip interconnections and coordinated drone formations for solar irradiance measurement – all examples of how SMEs successfully connect pioneering industrial research with practical applications.
With this second edition, SME entrepreneurs are once again challenged to collaborate with research organisations on innovative projects linked to the established innovation domains. The goal: to further strengthen the knowledge base and R&D capacity of SMEs, ensuring that key technologies find their way to the market faster.
