The manufacturing industry is changing rapidly: new technologies, scarcer raw materials and a growing demand for transparency are forcing companies to make different choices. Companies that manage to combine sustainability with innovation and collaboration are not only building a stronger revenue model, but also a future-proof organisation. The Tech Dialogue centres on two themes that affect virtually every manufacturing organisation: the revenue model and the supply chain. Twelve interactive sessions have been put together based on real-world challenges, followed by a panel discussion in which the insights are brought together.
For who
This Tech Dialogue is aimed at managers and senior executives responsible for the development of their organisation, such as CTOs, COOs, CPOs, Sustainability Managers, Operations Managers, Product Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Engineering Managers and Commercial Directors. Other professionals who recognise themselves in issues relating to innovation, operations, sustainability or supply chain collaboration are also very welcome.
Programme
The programme consists of twelve interactive, question-driven sessions focusing on the themes The revenue model and The supply chain. Participants choose the sessions that best address their own challenges. The day concludes with a panel discussion in which the outcomes of the sessions are brought together to form broader insights into the interrelationships between disciplines and organisational units.
