AQMCSE 2026 – Applied Quantum Methods in Computational Science and Engineering

14 September 2026, 09:00 - 17:00

The second edition of AQMCSE will take place from 14 to 17 September 2026, this time in Delft. The international conference brings together the quantum industry and the academic world to discuss practical quantum methods in computational science and engineering. Following a successful first edition in Aachen in 2025, AQMCSE is moving to the heart of Quantum Delta NL, where innovation and collaboration converge.

External event

AQMCSE stands out for its focus on practical applications: alongside polished results, it also pays attention to workflows, benchmarks and lessons learnt from failed experiments. Topics range from fluid dynamics and structural analysis to optimisation, materials science, machine learning and cryptography, with a strong emphasis on hybrid, scalable quantum solutions.

For whom

Quantum researchers and algorithm developers, computational scientists and engineers, hardware and software suppliers, industry professionals and R&D teams, as well as students and early-career researchers.

Programme

The programme consists of plenary sessions, parallel tracks, poster sessions and networking opportunities at the TU Delft Aula Conference Centre. Keynote speakers include Jörg Schumacher, Yan Wang, Stan van der Linde and Kae Nemoto.

When and where

Datum: 14 t/m 17 september 2026
