Holland High Tech implements the government's PPP Innovation Scheme for the hightech systems and materials sector (HTSM sector). We encourage public-private strategic programmes and projects that:
contribute to out VISION 2030 and the urgent transitions we face
developing innovations that fall within one or more innovation domains of our HTSM sector
contribute to one or more of the Knowledge and Innovation Agendas of the government's mission-driven innovation policy
