Roderick is Managing Partner at Quantify Group. He supports startups, scale-ups and high-tech SMEs in accelerating innovation while structuring sustainable growth. He helps entrepreneurs make well-founded strategic choices in innovation, collaboration and execution, ensuring that technological development translates into real-world application and impact.
In many innovation trajectories, the challenge is not only the technology itself, but how to make it scalable, financeable and executable with the organisation as it stands today. Roderick brings clarity and structure to the route to market: from defining a clear strategy and value proposition to organising the necessary conditions such as capacity, processes and (public) funding.
From Quantify Group, Roderick operates at the intersection of AI, SaaS and deep/high-tech. He supports companies with, among others: strategic innovation assessments, sharpening market positioning, developing growth and scaling strategies, preparing subsidy and funding trajectories (including plans, budgets and accountability), and connecting companies to relevant partners within the innovation ecosystem.
