13e editie international MicroNanoConference
Again this year, MinacNed organizes the 13th edition of the international MicroNanoConference. The conference will take place at the 11th and 12th of December at the impressive Beurs van Berlage in vibrant Amsterdam.
The iMNC is known as the central meeting point where national and international people in the micro nano community come together, where you will find the entire chain of Microsystems and Nanotechnology and where science meets industry.
Next to the main themes: Organ-on-a-chip, Microfluidics, Biosensing and Functional surfaces and interfaces, the programme includes sessions about Photonics, Integrated Optics & Opto-Fluidics, Instruments for Fabrication and Characterization, Nanomedicine- drug delivery - drug targeting, Micro analytical systems and many more. For the complete programme, click here.
We can already announce an impressive lecture programme with speakers of NASA Ames Research Center, IBM, ASML, Frost & Sullivan, University of Singapore and TissUse.
Innovative electrochemical sensing strategies - Karolien de Wael, AXES Research Group/University of Antwerp will tell about electrochemical principles, innovative concepts in electrochemical sensing by focusing on topics with high societal and industrial relevance used in the health, food and environmental sector.
Nanosensors and Development of Practical Systems - Meyya Meyyappan, NASA Ames Research Center will give an overview of recent nanotechnology research activities related to development of chem/bio sensors, wearable/flexible sensors and electronics and others.
Nanoscale aspects of a human multi-organ-chip platform for safety and efficacy testing - Uwe Marx, TissUse / University of Berlin will talk about challenges to translate a MOC-based combination of four human organ equivalents into a commercially useful tool for ADME profiling and toxicity testing of drug candidates are illustrated. Nanoscale aspects are discussed along with the introduction of the Multi-Organ-Chip platform.
Development and performance of EUV pellicles - Paul Janssen, ASML will highlight the unique requirements and challenges for EUV pellicles. Moreover he will present the working principle and performance of the current EUV pellicle solution as well as the development of future generation EUV pellicles.
