Important update on strategic approach to batteries 2023

On December 22, 2023, State Secretary Heijnen (Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management) informed the House of Representatives about the progress made on the Dutch battery strategy in 2023. This letter to Parliament has been supplemented with four reports on Respective Energy Storage System Safety, Battery Circularity Exploration, Safe and Sustainable by Design for batteries and labor market shortage in the battery sector.
