Workshop Semiconductor Equipment Road Map

On Friday, June 9, the workshop Road Map Semiconductor Equipment will be organized by the Roadmap Semiconductor Equipment team in cooperation with High Tech NL Semiconductors.
The meeting will take place at ASML in Veldhoven and will take place from 9.00-12.00h. At 12.00h lunch will be served.
