The Living Lab Lunch focuses on concrete applications of Robotics and AI, with a focus on more efficient production processes, improved quality monitoring, and sustainability and labor support. While these technologies have enormous potential, in daily practice, questions often arise regarding integration into existing production lines, data quality, reliability, and collaboration.
For whom
Food processing companies, machine manufacturers, Living Labs and knowledge partners.
Programme
During lunch, the discussion will focus on questions such as: Where do Robotics and AI actually deliver value in food production and mechanical engineering? What technical and organizational hurdles do companies encounter during implementation? And which ideas lend themselves to joint pilots and follow-up steps?
After a brief introduction and a practical case study from QING Food Automation, participants will work in small groups over lunch. Each table will delve into a specific theme and work towards concrete insights, potential pilot projects, and follow-up actions. Before lunch, there will be an optional tour of QING Food Automation.
